Find a small/ medium sized box and add anything in it that helps make you happy, boosts your energy and mood level, calms you down, ect. Examples of things you could add are: essential oils, stress balls, picture of loved ones, books, quotes, gum, lotion, fidget toys, a journal, reminders you may need. This is completely tailored to your own needs and provides one central location to go to when feeling you are in a poor mental state. Bonus points if you decorate your box!
